第19回国際宗教学宗教史会議世界大会 残務委員会
2005年3月、東京で第19回国際宗教学宗教史会議世界大会が開催され、成功裏に幕を閉じてから、はや2年半が経過してしまいました。このほど、オランダのブリル社より、この大会のプレナリーセッションの記録を集めた下記の書物がようやく刊行の運びとなりました。
Religion and Society: An Agenda for the 21th Century, edited by Gerrie ter Haar and Yoshio Tsuruoka, Brill, Leiden/Boston, 2007, xvii+297pp., 79 Euro （同書はInternational Studies in Religion and Societyというシリーズの一冊となります。IAHRが編集していたNumen Book Seriesとは異なりますので、ご注意下さい）
同書には、上記大会で行われた日本の宗教研究を紹介するパネルから、木村清孝、土屋博、中村廣治郎、長谷正當各氏の発表原稿、および田丸徳善氏が『宗教研究』343号に執筆された論文「戦後日本の宗教学」をそれぞれ増補改訂いただいたものを併せて、日本の宗教研究の動向を世界の読者に向けて紹介するパートも加えました。以下の目次をご参照下さい
